Call To Action For Parents!

Our team came up with the great idea to record our children speaking about how masks make them feel. We will then attempt to transfer all of it to video format to share these testimonials far and wide on social media, with our representatives, the MDE, MDH, and Walz. Your children will, of course, remain anonymous.

Instructions:

•ONLY have your child speak in the recording
•Keep it respectful – it’s important to stick to how the masks are impacting your child’s experience at school along with their health (mental health too!)

•Use the built-in “Voice Memo” app on iPhone or the built-in “Recorder” app on Android to record.
•When recording, keep your phone steady and hold the speaker end close to your child’s mouth. Make sure there is no background noise.

•Try to keep the recording on the short side
•Include the following info in the email along with the recording: age of child, grade level, and the county in MN you reside in + school district.

Powerful Speech From Young Girl About Mask Mandates At School & How It’s Very Sad

The order to keep the kids masked up comes directly from Walz admin!

There’s some confusion why masks are still required in schools. As usual, the decision isn’t made by school boards. It’s not even MDE or MDH. The order comes directly from Governor Tim Walz. His new Executive Order 21-23 (which per Minnesota Statute carries the full force of law) states:

“Paragraphs 12.a and 12.b of Executive Order 20-81, relating to child care, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and K-12 schools, remain in effect. Schools and school districts must continue to follow the face-covering requirements in the Safe Learning Plan through the end of the 2020-21 school year, or through June 13, 2021 in the case of year-round schools.”

Tell USA Ultimate to Embrace The Face!

Ultimate is a team sport sometimes called “Ultimate Frisbee”. USA Ultimate is the main organization managing youth and adult events. Currently USA Ultimate has a stricter requirement for sanctioning events than almost any state or locality. For example, on April 22, 2021, the Minnesota Department of Health removed the requirement for youth athletes to wear a facemask during active play, however, USA Ultimate still mandates that players wear a facemask during active play. Read more and sign the petition

 

CDC quietly updates the percentage of Covid deaths with comorbidities

Remember last summer when the CDC quietly admitted that only 6% of Covid deaths were specifically from Covid and that the other 94% had an average of two comorbidities, which were the true cause of death? They’ve now changed it again to 5% and an average of FOUR comorbidities for the remaining 95%. So lets break this down… The “total claim” for Covid 19 deaths in the US is currently at 568,000. 5% of 568,000 is 28,400 people who have died from Covid-19 in the United States in 15 months. That breaks down to 63 people per day, or just over one person per state. For reference, almost 3,300 people die PER DAY in AUTO ACCIDENTS.
